Equation

For a surface-mounted PMSM current loop, a simplified q-axis equation can be written as:

u_{q} = R_{s} i_{q} + L_{q} \frac{d i _{q}}{d t} + ω_{e} ψ_{f}

Inline math works too: $i_{d} = 0$ is a common starting point before field weakening.
